"Havat" NGO as a leader
in coalition with "Unison" NGO
is implementing a project
"FROM EQUAL RIGHTS - TO EQUAL OPPORTUNITIES"
sponsored by the European Commission

Location - Armenia: all the 10 regions (marzes) and Yerevan.
The aim of the action is to conduct a nationwide campaign on elaboration of the National Plan of Action on Disability (NPAD) for the nearest 5 years and adoption of NPAD as an official program obligatory for execution.

The main activities include:
  1. Disability-related international standards review.
  2. Seminars, roundtables and trainings in marzes and Yerevan, Human rights monitoring.
  3. Summarizing the monitoring results and their dissemination all over Armenia.
  4. Drafting the Law on NPAD and lobbying in the Government and National Assembly.
  5. Elaboration of draft NPAD.
  6. Holding a Conference and adopting NPAD.
  7. Public Awareness/PR-Campaign
  8. Publication of NPAD.
